The Art Deco office building at 32 Avenue of the America in Midtown South was originally known as the AT&T Long Distance Building, until 1999, when it sold to Rudin Management. It was built in 1933, designed by Voorhees, Gmelin and Walker and was extensively renovated in 2002, with Fox & Fowle at the helm. Nowadays, the Tribeca office building is home to various companies in the media and communications industries, and features state-of-the-art amenities.

The 28-story building at 32 Avenue of the Americas features more than 1.1 million square feet of Class A Tribeca office space. Owned and managed by Rudin Management, the building was fully renovated in 2002 and includes close to 59,000 square feet of retail space. The renovation effort added new mechanical and communications infrastructure, and the tower now also includes a roughly 569,000-square-foot data center.
