Designed by William Lescaze & Associates in a modernist architectural style, One New York Plaza is the southernmost of all Manhattan’s skyscrapers, located right on the island’s tip. It was completed in 1969 in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan, and was renovated in 1969, 1995 and 2014. The 50-story office building is currently owned by Brookfield Properties, and offers state-of-the-art amenities, Class A office space, and sweeping views of the New York Harbor.
