The glass-clad office tower at 3 Times Square in Midtown Manhattan was designed by Fox & Fowle and built by Tishman Construction in 1999. The tower houses the headquarters of Thomson Reuters, which is why it’s also known as the Thomson Reuters Building. Located on Seventh Avenue between 42nd and 43rd streets, the building is the result of a larger redevelopment project on 42nd Street. Nowadays it is home to several companies in the media and finance industries.

The 30-story Thomson Reuters Building features 850,000 square feet of Class A, energy efficient office space in the heart of Times Square. Its facade is a curtain wall of stone and energy efficient glass that allows natural light while blocking out heat.
