The office tower at 230 Park Avenue is better known as the Helmsley Building, and it is a designated historic landmark. It was designed by Grand Central Terminal architects Warren & Wetmore in a Beaux Arts style, and completed in 1928. The Midtown Manhattan office building is located just north of Grand Central Station, and is currently home to a plethora of high-profile tenants in real estate and financial services. RXR Realty is the building’s owner, having paid $1.2 billion to purchase the property from Invesco Real Estate in 2015.
