350 Avenue of the Americas: Boutique Offices with Central Park Views

The MGM Tower was voted the 2009 and 2010 BOMA Operating Office Building of the Year. Described as a boutique office building, the Tower offers views of Central Park and many other amenities. Built in the 1960s, the skyscraper features a sleek glass curtain wall exterior. The famous red LOVE sculpture by Robert Indiana is located at the tower’s base.

The interior spaces and systems of the MGM Tower were renovated in March 2008, including the lobby and entry area, which features white and indigo marble with stainless steel, as well as the corridors, restrooms, elevators and mechanical systems. Other amenities include on-site parking, a theater, restaurants and a hotel-style concierge. Current tenants of the MGM Tower include Burberry, Harper Collins and Highbridge Capital. The building is convenient to several major subway lines, including the B, D, E, F, M, N, Q and R trains.
