The office and garage building located at 1120 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan is also known as The Hippodrome Center. It was completed in two phases in the 1950s and replaced the former Hippodrome Theater located at the address from 1905 to 1939. The theater was dubbed the largest in the world, with a seating capacity of 5,300. It closed down in 1939 and was demolished to make way for an office building, acquired by Edison Properties in 1978.

Designed by Kahn & Jacobs, the building consists of high-quality office space for lease and an oversized parking garage known as the Edison Parkfast. The Hippodrome Center was completely renovated from 2006 to 2014 and today houses various high-profile office tenants in the very heart of Manhattan.
