107 Greenwich Street, Trinity Commons Office Space

The glass-clad, mixed-use tower at 107 Greenwich Street in Lower Manhattan was completed in 2020, boasting a design by Pelli Clarke Pelli. The tower replaces the former Gothic Revival parish house of Trinity Church, which was demolished in 2016. The new tower now serves as headquarters for the church and includes public space and a plethora of tenant amenities. 107 Greenwich Street, the office portion of the project dubbed Trinity Commons or 76 Trinity Place, features Class A office space, as well as ground-floor retail space in the heart of the Financial District.

The 26-story Trinity Commons tower features 317,288 square feet of Class A Financial District office space, as well as roughly 100,000 square feet of retail space. Owned by Trinity Real Estate and managed by JLL, 107 Greenwich Street also incorporates an expansive rooftop terrace, an in-lobby cafe, conferencing and event space, and bicycle storage at the basement level. Security features include 24/7 manned access, CCTV, and card access systems. Interiors were designed by MKDA. 

107 Greenwich Street houses Trinity Church staff, a Parish Hall, a full-size gymnasium, and other public gathering spaces. The other office floors are available for rent.

Trinity Commons benefits from an excellent location in the heart of Lower Manhattan, just a few blocks away from the World Trade Center, the Hudson River esplanade, and the Fulton Center transit hub.
