The column-free layout offers tenants complete flexibility in setting up their office space. The building corners are deeply notched, allowing the installation of up to eight corner offices on each floor.

One New York Plaza has earned BOMA 360 as well as Energy Star certifications for its environmentally friendly features. Its retail concourse has been renovated, and includes restaurants, shopping and fitness destinations. The lobby has also been redesigned and upgraded to modern standards.
