The office building at 51 Madison Avenue near Madison Square Park in Midtown South was designed by Cass Gilbert, the same architect behind the iconic Woolworth Building. It was completed in 1929, boasting a Gothic-inspired architecture and a unique, pyramid-shaped gold roof.
